Based from our offices in Appleby Magna, the successful candidate will be working closely with the management team in sourcing and developing new clients and work-streams as well as nurturing existing clients. The territory covered encompasses the entire Midlands region where we already have a recognised brand presence which we wish to build upon. Swift Fix Ltd are an integrated building maintenance, repair and customer support service provider. We work with the new homes market and for Managing Agents as well as for private customers. Some relevant knowledge of the new homes or building management sector would be beneficial alongside the other qualities which we seek. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, possess good time management skills be dynamic, enthusiastic and an excellent communicator. Whilst we would expect the successful candidate to work in a fairly autonomous way, the candidate must keep the management fully aware of all progress made. The package offered is that of a basic salary with potential for considerable OTE income (based on increased turnover secured by the successful candidate), the basic package will reflect the experience brought by the candidate.
