We offer a call centre facility giving a professional response to homeowner queries – problems will be handled by our operators and reported back to the original contractor for remedial action to be taken. Should the original contractor fail to respond appropriately, then we will provide you with an alternative quote for the task to be completed. Whatever the course of action being taken, we provide you with regular reports ensuring that you are fully aware of the status of tasks and performance of your contractors without having to expend time handling the issues yourself.

We offer a designated Contracts Manager to handle your account giving you a single point of contact for your purchasers, enabling your post build issues to be handled in the most effective way.
